Global ESG lead, Evalueserve

In every community, change begins quietly. Sometimes it starts with a child walking into a therapy room for the first time. Sometimes it begins when clean drinking water reaches a village household. At Evalueserve, these small beginnings have shaped a larger story of care, responsibility, and shared progress. Evalueserve’s CSR journey is built on the belief that meaningful impact is created not through one time support, but through sustained partnerships and community-led change. Over the years, the company has worked with trusted organizations to support education, healthcare, disability inclusion, livelihood development, environmental sustainability, and rural community initiatives.

In one part of the country, children with disabilities receive therapies that help them communicate better, move with confidence, and participate more fully in everyday life. In another, families in villages gain access to safe drinking water through Water ATM projects, supported by local Village Development Committees that help maintain the systems for the long term. These initiatives are not just projects; they are pathways to dignity, independence, and hope.

Evalueserve also supports programs that empower women, youth, and underserved communities through learning, skills, and livelihood opportunities. Each initiative is designed with a focus on sustainability, transparency, and measurable outcomes, ensuring that the benefits continue beyond the project period.

Behind every CSR program is a human story—a parent seeing progress in their child, a woman gaining confidence through new skills, a student continuing education, or a village taking ownership of its resources. These stories remind us that impact is most powerful when communities are partners in the journey.

Through its CSR initiatives, Evalueserve continues to nurture possibilities, strengthen lives, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future—one community, one partnership, and one story at a time.
