With a clear vision of Empowerment through Education, the Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) spearheads initiatives in education, employability, and disability inclusion, generating meaningful, long-term opportunities for underprivileged communities.

TMF runs the SMART (Skills for Market Training) program through 86 centres across 11 cities, providing skill development across various sectors to prepare youth from underserved communities for the job market. The program also includes 12 SMART Academies specializing in Healthcare, Digital Technologies, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Together, these centres have trained over 100,000 young people, achieving a placement rate exceeding 75%.

TMF also promotes holistic development through programs like ARISE (All Round Improvement in School Education), which works with 15 government schools, and Shikshaantar, a comprehensive teacher training initiative.

Disability inclusion is a key priority for TMF, which works to ensure equal access to education and employment for persons with disabilities. Additionally, the Foundation promotes corporate volunteering to cultivate a strong culture of social responsibility within Tech Mahindra.
